Introduction

This type pump is a single-stage single suction (axial suction) clean water centrifugal pump, which is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles and viscosity similar to water.It is designed by ISO 2858 standard.

The temperature of the liquid should be - 20~105℃. It can transport higher temperature liquid with cooling equipment. It is suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Start ISO2858 chemical pump

(1) Close the inlet and outlet pressure (or vacuum) gauge and water outlet valve, (if there is a bypass pipe, it should also be closed at this time.) start the motor (it is best to jog first and confirm that the pump turns correctly before starting the formal operation.) then open the inlet and outlet pressure (or vacuum) gauge. When the pump reaches the normal speed and the instrument indicates the corresponding pressure, slowly open the water outlet valve, Adjust to the required working condition. When the discharge pipeline is closed, the continuous working time of the pump shall not exceed 3 minutes.

⑵ Pay attention to the power reading of the prime mover and the vibration of the pump from time to time during starting. The vibration number shall not exceed 0.06mm, and the measuring part is the bearing seat.

(3) Sealing condition: the mechanical seal shall be free of leakage and heating, and the packing seal shall be in continuous trickle state.
