Introduction

TDT Flue gas desulfurization slurry pump is mainly used as the main circulating pump of absorption tower in wet FGD unit. The main materials are dual phase 2507, Cr30a, etc. appropriate materials can be selected according to different FGD conditions, and the design structure can be optimized to make it in an efficient and economic operation state.

Structure and application scope

The desulfurization pump head is mainly composed of suction cover, pump body, front lining plate, impeller, rear lining plate, pump cover, shaft, shaft sleeve, mechanical seal and other components.

The pump is a rear detachable structure, and the vulnerable parts can be replaced without dismantling the pipeline. The inlet direction is horizontal and the outlet is vertical upward.

TDT desulfurization pump can be applied to the following desulfurization process systems:
