[Secret] Explosion-proof Motor Vibration How To Do? It's All So Easy When I'm Here!
Cause of vibration of explosion-proof motor
1, The greater vibration of the mechanical load is transmitted to the explosion-proof motor, so that the explosion-proof motor is forced to vibrate.
2. The rubber on the coupling bolt between the explosion-proof motor and the mechanical load is seriously worn, or there is a tight force on one side.
3, The center calibration between the explosion-proof motor and the mechanical load is not good, or the shaft of the explosion-proof motor is bent.
4, The foundation strength is not enough, at this time the foundation also vibrates together. Or the anchor is broken and the anchor bolt is not tightened.
5, The three-phase power supply is unbalanced.
6, Bearing wear, bearing clearance exceeds the allowable value.
7, Rotor and stator coaxiality is poor, the air gap is not uniform; Or the end cover bolt is not tightened; Or the rotor of the explosion-proof motor is unbalanced.
8, The stator core assembly is not tight, then accompanied by strong electromagnetic sound.
9. The copper bar of the cage rotor has more breaks or welding.
The solution when the explosion-proof motor produces vibration
The influence of the surrounding components on the explosion-proof motor should be checked first, and then the coupling should be unfastened to make the explosion-proof motor idling. If there is no vibration during idling, it indicates that the vibration is caused by the failure of the center line of the explosion-proof motor shaft and the mechanical load shaft, or the failure of the mechanical load.
If the explosion-proof motor still vibrates when idling, it is caused by the explosion-proof motor itself. Power can be cut off to judge. If the vibration disappears immediately after the power supply is cut off, it is electromagnetic vibration, and the fault may be the winding parallel branch line break, bearing damage, and air gap uneven. If it still vibrates after the power supply is cut off, it is mechanical vibration, such as rotor imbalance, bearing damage, etc.
