Introduction

IS end suction centrifugal pump is a single-stage single suction (axial suction) clean water pump, which is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, as well as agricultural drainage and irrigation. It is used for transporting clean water or other liquids similar with water. The temperature shall not be higher than 80 ℃.It is designed by ISO 2858 standard.

Features

The end suction centrifugal pump casing and cover are divided from the back of the impeller, has the advantages of convenient maintenance. During maintenance, the rotor parts can be pulled out without moving the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline and motor.

Generally

IS standard end suction pump is mainly used to transport clean water, which also requires that the water must be clean, otherwise the pump will be polluted. During use, it can pump water under normal circumstances. If it is found that it can not pump water, it is mainly caused by the following reasons:

1. The installation height is too high (from the liquid level), and the NPSH is not enough.

2. The impeller passage is blocked.

3. The impeller falls off or the pump shaft of the clean water pump is broken.

4. The ring spacing or balance hole is too large.

5. The inlet or outlet pipeline and bottom valve are blocked, and the inlet pipeline has holes for air inlet.

6. The pump was not filled, and the gas was not exhausted during the first operation.

7. For some clean water pumps, the impeller is installed in the opposite direction.

8. The motor is reversed.

9. The motor speed is not enough.

10. When the outlet valve is closed for a long time, the water temperature rises and vaporizes.
