① Motor model composition and meaning

 

It consists of four sections sequence, such as motor type code, motor characteristic code, design number and excitation method code.

1, the type code is the Chinese phonetic alphabet used to characterize the various types of motors.

For example: asynchronous motor Y synchronous motor T

Synchronous generator TF DC motor Z

Dc generator ZF

 

2. The characteristic code is to characterize the performance, structure or use of the motor, and is also represented by Chinese pinyin letters.

For example: flameproof type with B means YB axial flow fan with YT

Electromagnetic braking YEJ variable frequency speed regulation YVP

Variable pole multi-speed YD crane with YZD, etc.

 

3, the design number refers to the sequence of motor product design, expressed by Arabic numbers. For the products designed for the first time, the design serial number is not marked, and the products derived from the series of products are marked in the order of design. For example, Y2 YB2

 

4, the excitation method code is represented by letters, S represents the third harmonic, J represents the thyristor, X represents the phase complex excitation.

For example, Y2-- 160 M1-8

Y: Model, indicating asynchronous motor;

2: Design serial number, "2" indicates the first based on the improved design of the product;

160: center height, is the height from the center of the shaft to the plane of the frame;

M1: Frame length specification, M is medium, where the footnote "2" is the second specification of the M-type core, and the "2" is longer than the "1" type core.

8: The number of poles, "8" refers to the 8-pole motor.

For example, Y 630-10/1180

Y stands for asynchronous motor;

630 indicates power 630KW;

10 pole, stator core outer diameter 1180MM.

 

② The specification code is mainly expressed by the center height, the length of the frame, the length of the core and the number of poles

 

1, the center height refers to the height from the motor axis to the base corner; According to the different center height, the motor can be divided into large, medium, small and micro four kinds, of which the center height

H in 45mm~71mm belongs to the micro motor;

H belongs to small motor in 80mm~315mm;

H in 355mm~630mm belongs to the medium motor;

H is a large motor above 630mm.

2, the length of the frame is expressed in international letters: S - short frame

M -- Middle frame

L -- long frame

3, the length of the iron core is indicated by the Arabic numerals 1, 2, 3, 4,, from long to short respectively.

4, the number of poles is divided into 2 poles, 4 poles, 6 poles, 8 poles, etc.

 

③The special environment code has the following provisions:

④The supplementary code is only applicable to the motor with supplementary requirements

Y: Product type code, indicating asynchronous motor;

B: Product characteristic code, indicating flameproof type;

2: product design serial number, indicating the second design;

132: The center of the motor is high, indicating that the distance from the axis to the ground is 132 mm;

S: length of motor stand, expressed as short stand;

4: The number of poles, indicating a 4-pole motor;
